10:30 - 11:00 MORNING FELLOWSHIP

Conversation and coffee with puzzles and table fun

11:00 - 11:10 DAILY DEVOTION

11:10 - 11:30 BRAIN FITNESS 

Brain games, group games, art craft, music or service project.

11:30 - 11:50 BODY FITNESS

Sensory Squad leads yoga, dance, strength or movement in the chair

11:50 - 12:00 CIRCLE FUN

Positive news, birthday fun, silly memes, place of the day, etc.

12:00 - 12:15 BATHROOM BREAK / WASH HANDS

Taking turns while others play group game

12:15 - 1:00 LUNCH & CONVERSATION

Lunch Bunch serves participants and companion volunteers a delicious meal.

1:00 - 1:30 TABLE ACTIVITY

Sensory Squad leads arts & crafts or service project.

1:30 - 2:00 CIRCLE ACTIVITY

Group games, special visitors (pet therapy, magician, etc) 

2:00 - 2:30 SINGING

Sensory Squad plays lively music and hymns to end our day on a high note

2:30 PARTICIPANTS DEPART

Companion volunteer helps sign-out and connect with family

2:30 - 3:00 Volunteers Clean-up. Closing meeting and prayer.
