Phase I - Exploration

Form advisory committee
Introduce program concept to church and community
Obtain congregational and community approval
Hire a director to establish organizational operations
Join Respite for All Foundation network to connect to resources, trainings and programs
Create and present feasibility plan showing detailed budget and facility requirements
Identify potential funding sources and volunteers

Phase II - Preparation

Create marketing and fundraising plan
Recruit volunteers and participants
Research and submit request for start-up funding/seed grants
Complete building modifications to meet programmatic needs and ensure participant safety
Establish accounting protocols and tuition billing plan
Purchase program equipment and software
Create policies and procedures manual

Phase III - Implementation

Train volunteers and complete background checks
Interview and accept program participants
Launch respite ministry!!!
